          Dear Sir or Madam,
Your organisation has been suggested to me by the
          Citizens Advice Bureaux.
I am experiencing growing difficulties relating
to human rights issues; and, in connection with these problems, a
warrant has been issued for my arrest in the Republic of Ireland.
I am at present staying at a temporary address in
          England.
To a large extent, my “crimes” stem from the fact
that I have been strongly opposing people who are trying to locate
superdumps close to some very important heritage sites near my home in
          the Republic of Ireland.
I now feel very badly in need of the services of
a human-rights lawyer who would help me to protect myself, and my
legal rights, against what I have slowly grown to see as State
          sponsored legal and psychological abuse.
Unfortunately, I am finding it EXTREMELY
difficult to find such a lawyer; and, without one, I feel very unsure
as to how I should best set about dealing with my present legal
          difficulties.
A quick indication of the overall set of problems
as they are at present can be got (I hope) by glancing through the
text of an e-mail I sent recently to Minister Andrew Smith MP - the
politician at present in charge of the UK Social Security Services.
The text of my e-mail to Minister Smith (dated
December 17 2002) can be seen at the following www page address:

ANY help your organisation might be able to
provide me with would be very much appreciated. I can usually be
contacted at either of the following two e-mail addresses:
          wfinnerty@eircom.net
          or
          billyfinnerty1945@hotmail.com
I hope I will receive a reply from your
organisation. Even if you are unable to help in a direct way, I would
still be very pleased to learn of other human rights organisations you
might know of that I could try.
          Sincerely,
          William Finnerty
