As nine of the Oireachtas Members' addresses in the e-mail above (Sent: Wednesday, June 30, 2004 2:18 PM) were accidentally corrupted at the time of sending, a second e-mail was sent to the nine people concerned later in the day; and, it was also copied to Chief Justice Mr. Ronan Keane - as can be seen in the section immediately below: |

Nine of the Oireachtas Members' e-mail
addresses used in the e-mail reproduced further down (Sent: Wednesday,
June 30, 2004 2:18 PM) were accidentally corrupted; and consequently
it could not be delivered to the people concerned at the time.
The nine Members in question can now find
copies of the original e-mail below.
As an afterthought, and as the tripartite
"separation of powers" which (according to the Constitution) is supposed
to exist between the Oireachtas, the Government, and the Judiciary,
appears to me to be virtually non-existent in recent years, I am also
copying this e-mail to Chief Justice Keane.
