Subject: Help?

Date: Mon, 14 Apr 2003 12:39:15 +0100

Dear John,

Thank you for your recent e-mail (of April 6th 2003), and sorry about my delay in answering.

Many thanks also for your offer of help.

It is difficult for me to meet people in Ireland at present because I left there last October in an effort to avoid being saddled with a criminal conviction for assault. This came about because I shouted at a local government employee who refused to look at an illegal sewage discharge going from the primary school into the river in the middle of New Inn village: a hundred yards or so upstream from the pumps used to provide the local drinking water supply.

With regard to any help you (and the Green Party generally) might be able to provide me with, please note that by far the biggest difficulty for me at present is the one connected with finding some proper legal defence – which I have highlighted at the following www page address location:
http://www.finnachta.com/Petition_809-2001_21March2003_Addition_.htm#Please

All I have managed to find so far are lawyers who (in effect) go along with state corruption in their own insidious (and sick) ways. While there are thousands of that kind it seems, I cannot find ONE – in the whole of Ireland and England – who will help me stand up to these holding high office who are sustaining political and legal corruption, and (in the process) depriving me of my legal rights under European Community law – in addition of course to officially trying to brand me a criminal for trying to have something done about the illegal sewage discharge mentioned above.

Any help you (or anybody connected with the Green Party) might be able to let me have regarding this problem would be much appreciated.

Regards,

Billy Finnerty.
